How does Gray Fox Lending protect my personal information? To protect your personal information from unauthorized access and use, we use security measures. These measures include computer safeguards and secured files and buildings.
How does Gray Fox Lending collect my personal information?

We collect your personal information, for example, when you

  • Apply for a loan
  • Give us your income information
  • Tell us where to send the money
  • Provide account information
  • Provide employment information
We also collect your personal information from others, such as credit bureaus, affiliates or other companies.

Why can't I limit all sharing?

You have the right to limit only

  • sharing for affiliates' everyday business purposes – information about your creditworthiness
  • affiliates from using your information to market to you
  • sharing for nonaffiliates to market to you
What happens when I limit sharing for an account I hold jointly with someone else? Your choices will apply to everyone on your account.
Definitions:
Affiliates Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.
Our affiliates include other business entities of the Tribe.
Nonaffiliates Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies. Nonaffiliates we share with can include service providers and data processors.
Joint marketing A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you.
Gray Fox Lending does not jointly market.

We verify applicants' credit information using national databases. You can complete the loan process by creating an account and submitting your application online.

**Gray Fox Lending's loans are usually funded by Automated Clearing House (ACH) electronic crediting directly to your bank account. If your loan is reviewed and approved by 12:00 pm PST Monday through Friday excluding bank holidays, your funds may be available as soon as the next business day. Unavoidable delays that occur as a result of bank holidays, the processing schedule of your individual bank, inadvertent processing errors, "acts of God", and/or "acts of terror" may extend the time for the deposit and may cause a change in the Disbursement Date. Note that errors in your application, particularly with bank routing and account numbers, will impact our ability to fund and cause delays. In some cases, a customer service representative may contact you to verify your information before we can finalize and approve your loan.

Gray Fox Lending is a Native American business owned and operated by a federally recognized sovereign Indian nation (the "Tribe") that adheres to federal consumer financial protection laws and operates within the boundaries of the Tribe's reservation. Gray Fox Lending abides by all applicable federal laws, regulations, and tribal law as established by the Tribe.

This is an expensive form of borrowing. Gray Fox Lending Installment Loans are designed to assist you in meeting your short-term borrowing needs and are not intended to be a long-term financial solution. Gray Fox Lending never charges any prepayment penalties on partial or complete repayments. Prompt repayment of your loan will reduce the costs associated with borrowing and is strongly recommended by Gray Fox Lending.

Credit products obtained through this website are not available to residents of all states and state availability may change from time to time without notice at the sole discretion of Gray Fox Lending. Currently, residents of Alabama,Arkansas,Connecticut,District of Columbia,Georgia,Illinois,Maine,Maryland,Massachusetts,Minnesota,New Jersey,New Mexico,New York,North Carolina,Pennsylvania,South Carolina,Vermont,Virginia,West Virginia,Wyoming are not eligible for a loan from Gray Fox Lending.
